Our Services may integrate with third-party tools or platforms. If you use these integrations, your data may be shared with those third parties, and their privacy policies will apply to their handling of your information.
If you connect a provider on WhatsApp, Kotler creates a WhatsApp group with you, that provider and Kotler's number, and reads the messages, photos and documents sent in it. We also read what you send directly to Kotler's number.
What we read. Only those groups and that chat. Kotler cannot see any other chat, group or contact on your phone or your provider's.
Why. To record deliveries, delays, orders, invoices, waste and gifts against your stock and orders.
We never post in provider groups.
Your provider. Messages your provider sends in the group are processed on your behalf, to keep your records accurate. The lawful basis is legitimate interest: yours in accurate stock and orders, and ours in providing the Services. The group's description tells your provider that Kotler reads it before they join. A provider can leave the group at any time, and can ask us to stop processing or to delete their messages at support@histor-ia.com.
Meta. WhatsApp is provided by Meta, which carries messages under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive them through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
Phone numbers. We don't store phone numbers. To recognise you, we compare the sender with the phone number on your account, and keep only a one-way coded identifier of your WhatsApp account, which cannot be turned back into your number.
How long. Messages and files are kept as part of your User Data (section 5). Disconnecting a provider in Kotler removes the group on WhatsApp and stops the reading. If you disconnect WhatsApp or your plan ends, Kotler removes all your provider groups and stops reading at the end of your access. What was already recorded stays in your records until your account is deleted (section 12).
The Manual Load Score is a short assessment of how much of your week goes on work that could run itself. It is hosted at score.histor-ia.com, in English and in Spanish (¿Cuál es tu puntuación de carga manual?). You can take it without having a Kotler account.
Who handles your data. EMFIGO LTD, the company behind Kotler, is the controller. The assessment runs on ScoreApp, which processes your data on our behalf and stores it in the EU. ScoreApp's own privacy and cookie notices apply to the pages it serves.
What we collect. Your first name, last name (optional), email address, business name and country, your answers and your score.
Why. To show you your results and email them to you, to reply if you ask us to, and — if you start it and don't finish — to send you one reminder to see your results. We send you other emails, such as tips or news about Kotler, only if you tick the marketing box on the form.
Lawful basis. Legitimate interest for showing and sending your results, the one reminder, and replying to you. Consent for marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to support@histor-ia.com.
How long. We keep your details, answers and score for 24 months after you take the assessment, and then delete them. If you become a Kotler customer, the rest of this policy applies instead.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, at support@histor-ia.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and deliver personalized content. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including UK and EU. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

To delete your account and data, email support@histor-ia.com from your account's email address with “Delete my data”. We will confirm and complete it within one month. When your account is deleted, we delete your personal data.
If you were in a WhatsApp group with a Kotler customer, you can ask the same, naming the business. To stop further reading straight away, leave the group; the customer can also disconnect you in Kotler.
